Throughout your year of Embodied Rhythm, you’ll learn 10 foundational body-based habits that nourish your nervous system, reduce internal stress, and support sustainable health and vitality. Combined with somatic healing practices and trauma-informed coaching, these rhythms help you rebuild trust in your body and create a new way of being—one that feels grounded, alive, and yours.
