Welcome! — I’m glad you’re here.
If you’re like many women in midlife, you’ve spent years doing what needs to be done—holding things together, caring for everyone else, pushing through when your body asked for rest. Maybe now you feel tired, wired, or disconnected from what used to feel good.
I help women rebuild a steady, trusting relationship with their bodies so they can feel calmer, clearer, and more at home in themselves. My work weaves nervous system science, body awareness, and the wisdom of daily rhythm to help you move out of survival mode and into genuine balance.
What I’ve learned, again and again, is that change doesn’t come from pushing harder—it begins with safety. When you start to listen to your body instead of fighting it, new possibilities open: energy returns, clarity deepens, rhythm restores itself.
This work matters to me because I’ve lived it. My own path through healing, motherhood, and burnout has taught me that ease isn’t something you achieve by trying harder—it comes from trusting the body’s natural rhythm. It’s learning to live in sync with what’s real, not what’s expected.
I live in coastal Alaska, where the tides and seasons remind me that balance is never still—it’s rhythmic, alive, and always unfolding. My hope is that being here helps you remember that in yourself, too.
