How the Cleanse Works
The 10-day cleanse unfolds in three phases.
Days 1–2: Prepare

For several days you’ll focus on a simple, nourishing dish called kitchari—a warm meal made from rice, lentils, and digestive spices that is easy to digest and traditionally used during cleansing.Day 8: Rest

Gradually reintroduce additional foods while maintaining the rhythms you’ve established.

Hi, I’m Leah Murphy.
I’m a Somatic Experiencing™ Practitioner, nervous system educator, habits health coach, and herbalist. My work focuses on helping people reconnect with their bodies and build daily rhythms that support long-term health.
I started leading cleanses seven years ago as a way to support my own process. Doing it on my own was challenging, and I quickly realized how powerful it is to practice in community — the support, accountability, and shared experience make all the difference.
